Inclusive Experience

We work to make browsing, shopping, and contacting support usable for customers with different abilities.

Feedback Matters

Reports from customers help us identify barriers and prioritize future improvements.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as the store, content, products, and third-party services change.

Our Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing effort at Vibe In Transit. We aim to identify and reduce barriers that may prevent customers from browsing, reviewing products, completing purchases, accessing store policies, or contacting customer support.

We approach accessibility as a continuing process rather than a one-time project. As the store changes through new products, content, applications, and features, we intend to consider how those changes may affect customers who use assistive technology or interact with the store in different ways.

Need help now? If part of the website prevents you from finding information, selecting a product, or completing a task, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance through another available method.

Accessibility Practices

The following practices reflect how we aim to build, review, and improve the Vibe In Transit store. They describe ongoing goals and current approaches, not a guarantee that every page or feature has been independently verified.

Text and Contrast

We aim to use readable type sizes and sufficient visual contrast between text, controls, and their backgrounds.

Ongoing Review

Keyboard Navigation

We aim for menus, buttons, links, forms, and other interactive controls to remain usable without requiring a mouse.

Ongoing Review

Alternative Text

Meaningful product, collection, and content images are intended to include useful alternative text where appropriate.

Ongoing Review

Form Labels

Forms are intended to use visible labels, clear instructions, meaningful field names, and understandable error messages.

Ongoing Review

Visible Focus

Keyboard focus indicators are intended to remain visible so customers can identify the currently selected control.

Ongoing Review

Heading Structure

Pages are intended to use meaningful headings and content order to support scanning and assistive-technology navigation.

Ongoing Review

Responsive Layouts

The store is designed to adapt across common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.

Ongoing Practice

Captions and Media

Where meaningful video or audio is used, we aim to provide captions, transcripts, or another text-based alternative.

Ongoing Review

Known Limitations

Vibe In Transit has not completed an independent professional accessibility audit and does not claim that every page, feature, or third-party service fully conforms to a particular accessibility standard.

Despite our efforts, some customers may experience difficulty with certain content or functionality.

Third-Party Applications

Embedded tools, widgets, payment interfaces, tracking services, or applications may include code we cannot directly modify.

Older Content

Older, archived, or previously published pages may not yet have received the same level of accessibility review.

Images and Graphics

Some decorative graphics, product artwork, or text displayed inside images may be difficult for certain customers to access.

Media Content

Some video, audio, or social media content may not yet include complete captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions.

Assistive Technology

Some interactive features may behave differently depending on the browser, device, operating system, or assistive technology.

Product Mockups

Product mockups may contain visual design details that are not fully conveyed through the surrounding product description.

If you encounter a barrier, please report the specific page, product, feature, or task involved. Detailed feedback helps us understand the issue and prioritize a practical response.

Third-Party Content and Services

The Vibe In Transit store uses services and technology provided by third parties. Their accessibility practices, interfaces, and code may be controlled by the respective provider rather than Vibe In Transit.

Embedded Applications

When we become aware of an accessibility issue connected to a third-party service, we may report the issue to the provider, investigate available settings, provide an alternative method, or consider another service when reasonably practical.

Request Accessibility Assistance

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the store, contact us and explain the task you were attempting to complete.

Helpful information may include:

  • The page or product: Include the page address, product name, or description of where the issue occurred.
  • The task: Explain what you were trying to read, select, purchase, submit, or complete.
  • The barrier: Describe what happened and what prevented you from continuing.
  • Your technology: Include your device, browser, operating system, or assistive technology when comfortable doing so.
  • Your preferred assistance: Tell us what information or alternative support would help.
  • Your contact preference: Let us know the best available way to respond.

Support response goal: We generally aim to acknowledge customer messages within 1–2 business days during our normal support schedule. More complex accessibility reviews may require additional time.

How We Review Accessibility Feedback

Accessibility reports are reviewed based on the information available, the effect on the customer, the affected feature, and the resources required to investigate or address the issue.

01

Review

We review the message, affected page, requested task, and available technical details.

02

Investigate

We attempt to identify the barrier and determine whether it relates to store content, theme code, or a third-party service.

03

Respond

When possible, we provide assistance, an alternative method, additional information, or an update on the issue.

We may request additional details when necessary to reproduce or understand the reported problem. Resolution times vary depending on the cause, complexity, provider involvement, and available resources.

Technical Framework

Vibe In Transit references the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium as a framework for understanding and evaluating digital accessibility.

These guidelines address areas such as perceivable content, keyboard access, understandable interfaces, compatible markup, text alternatives, color contrast, forms, navigation, and media.

We use the guidelines as a reference point for ongoing improvement. We do not claim formal conformance with a particular guideline level or accessibility regulation because a complete independent conformance assessment has not been performed.

Statement Updates

This statement may be revised as the store changes, accessibility practices develop, new tools are introduced, or additional barriers are identified.

The date shown near the top of this page identifies the most recent published update to this statement.
