Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If You Created an Account

If you created an account at checkout, log in and visit your account orders page to view your order status and tracking information.

If You Checked Out as a Guest

If you checked out without creating an account, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find your tracking email, check your spam folder, then contact us through our contact page with your order number.

Production vs. Shipping

Before your order ships, it goes through production. Production typically takes 2-7 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
