Made to Order
Production begins after checkout instead of pulling a finished product from stored inventory.
Vibe In Transit · Print-on-Demand
Most Vibe In Transit products are printed or produced after an order is placed rather than being stored as finished inventory.

Production begins after checkout instead of pulling a finished product from stored inventory.
Production and shipping are separate stages. Carrier transit begins only after the product is completed.
Products fulfilled at different facilities may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
When you place an order with Vibe In Transit, the product is not normally pulled from a shelf of completed merchandise. Your order is sent to a fulfillment partner, where the selected product and design enter production.
The exact production method depends on the product. Apparel may be printed using direct-to-garment or another suitable printing method, while blankets, stickers, magnets, and other products may use different manufacturing processes.
Step 01
You select a product, size, color, and design through the online store.
Step 02
The order is sent to an available fulfillment facility capable of producing the item.
Step 03
The selected design is printed, manufactured, or applied to the ordered product.
Step 04
The completed product is prepared and packaged for carrier pickup.
Step 05
The package is transferred to a carrier and tracking becomes available.
Print-on-demand supports the wide range of music-inspired designs, product types, colors, and sizes available throughout the Vibe In Transit store.
Designs can remain available without requiring every product variation to be printed and stored in advance.
The store does not need to maintain large quantities of completed products that may remain unsold.
The model supports multiple garment styles, sizes, colors, accessories, and road-trip products.
Your selected product and design enter production after your order is confirmed.
Print-on-demand reduces the need for large amounts of finished inventory, but it does not mean every product, material, facility, or shipment has the same environmental impact.
Production is the time required to print, manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare the product for carrier pickup. It is separate from shipping transit time.
2–7 Business Days
Most products are completed within this estimated range after payment and order confirmation.
After Production
Carrier transit time begins only after the completed package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Production estimates are not guaranteed. Holidays, large orders, product availability, equipment issues, unusual demand, fulfillment changes, or quality concerns may extend the production period.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and recognized holidays. Review the Shipping Policy for estimated carrier transit times.
Products from the same order may be produced at different facilities. This can happen when the order includes different product types, colors, sizes, printing methods, or fulfillment requirements.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean an item is missing. Review every shipment confirmation and tracking number connected to the order.
Products are manufactured and printed individually. Minor differences between products, production batches, and online images may occur without indicating a defect.
Printed colors may vary slightly because of garment color, material, printing method, lighting, and screen settings.
Small changes in the position or alignment of a design can occur during individual production.
Minor measurement differences may occur within the manufacturer's normal production tolerance.
Material feel, weave, thickness, and texture may vary slightly between products or production batches.
Printed areas may feel different depending on the product, material, ink coverage, and production method.
Packaging materials and presentation may differ between products, facilities, and shipping destinations.
Normal variation is different from a production problem. Significant damage, a major misprint, an incorrect product, or a material defect should be reported to customer support.
Many product images displayed on the store are digital mockups. They are intended to show the design, product style, available color, and approximate print placement.
The final print may sit slightly higher, lower, or differently than it appears in a digital mockup.
Phone, tablet, and computer displays can show colors differently from the finished physical product.
Fabric drape, folds, fit, texture, and dimensions can differ from the digitally presented product image.
Product descriptions and size charts should be reviewed together with the images before ordering. Apparel measurements are available in the Size Guide.
Contact Vibe In Transit when a product arrives damaged, contains a significant production defect, has a major misprint, or does not match the product shown in the order confirmation.
Submit the complete product-issue request within 30 calendar days of the carrier-recorded delivery date.
Include the following information:
Do not mail the product back automatically. Keep the item and packaging until the claim is reviewed. Vibe In Transit will provide written return instructions if a physical return is required.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Review the Return and Refund Policy for complete eligibility requirements.
Print-on-demand orders may enter production shortly after payment is approved. Changes and cancellations are possible only before the fulfillment process reaches a stage where the order can no longer be edited.
Submit any change or cancellation request within 2 hours of placing the order. Requests are not guaranteed, and an order cannot normally be changed or cancelled after production begins.
Contact us with your order number and the exact requested change. Changing a product, size, color, shipping address, or design may require cancellation and replacement of the original order when the fulfillment system permits it.
Use the Contact page as soon as an error is discovered.
Shipping begins after production is completed. The carrier, shipping cost, tracking availability, and transit estimate depend on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and method selected during checkout.
Tracking information is normally sent by email after a completed package receives a shipping label. The first carrier scan may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
Product-care instructions depend on the material, printing method, and product type. Always follow the care information shown on the individual product page or product label.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, storage, handling, or use is not considered a production defect.
Made-to-order products are created specifically after purchase. Review the selected product, design, size, color, quantity, delivery address, and order total before completing checkout.
Wrong sizes, wrong colors, accidental purchases, personal preference, and changes of mind do not qualify for general returns or exchanges.
Genuine damage, defects, major production errors, and incorrect products should be reported within 30 days and will be reviewed under the Return and Refund Policy.
